My name is Shiloh and I am the artist behind Carte Reborn Babies Nursery. I am a newer artist who is learning as I go with the help of many amazing artists in the reborn community! I began my reborn journey on 10/24/2020 as a method of coping with my 3 year old daughter's terminal illness! We adopted our daughter knowing she was terminally ill, but watching her slowly slip away was harder than I could ever have imagined and I needed some way to express my grief, pain, loss and need to control something!!! Our Everlee Grace left my arms for heaven on 12/21/2020 and reborning has given me a way to cope with such grief!!! Every baby I make is created with love and dedication while striving to improve my skills!! Each doll I produce is made with high quality materials to include Genesis heat set paint, powders, Matt varnish sealer, fine glass beads, poly fill, powder scented (unless requested not to), and brought to life with MANY thin layers of texture, mottle and detailing! These one of a kind works of art are NOT for children to play with and if given to a child will not be guaranteed in any way to hold up! 100% of the profits from my doll sales go directly into Everlee Grace's memorial babies program to gift grieving moms!
