I absolutely love this art form! I find such comfort in painting these beautiful sculpts, and seeing them come to life. I have always loved dolls. My grandmother and me collected them all through growing up, and I always wanted the most realistic baby dolls I could find. I wish these dolls had been around then, and I really wish my nan had lived to see me get involved in painting them. She would adore them! I am blown away by the talent in this community, and am so glad I found my way to it. I have a background in theatre, and have worked as a cosmetologist for the last 23 years.
