My name is Maria Gabriella Poggio, I am the mother of six children and grandmother of nine grandchildren I live in Como, Italy. I painted pictures since school and I started making reborn dolls in 2007. An English artist sent me some instructions because at that time in Italy we had no information or materials: I am self-taught, and I did everything I could to improve with experience and passion. Over the years I created around 700 vinyl dolls and around 70 silicone ones.
