My name is Linda Autry, I am the artist behind A Baby Changes Everything Nursery. I have always been a doll collector, but I had never heard of reborn dolls until 2020 when I was searching for lifelike dolls for my granddaughter. I love the idea that reborn dolls are therapeutic for people suffering from depression, anxiety, Alzheimer’s and a long list of other conditions. I wanted to be a part of helping people while enjoying & creating reborns so my journey began. Just a little over 3 years ago I created my first reborn, i was blessed to gift him to one of my life long friends who was diagnosed with terminal cancer she never was able to have children of her own. Her husband said she passed away with Oliver (that’s what she named him) in her arms. I decided then I would create dolls to not only supplement my income but to gift at least one doll a year to someone less fortunate than myself. I love visiting the nursing homes watching the women and some men go gaga over these beautiful babies. I strive to become the very best artist that I can be creating REBORNS all the while helping others and doing what I love.
