Entry Level Artist
Refers to reborns presented as an infant baby beyond the newborn stage but not yet mobile. These reborns may be sleeping, but are often shown with open, alert, sometimes smiling or even curious expressions. They usually have a fuller body shape, less mottling, and infant-appropriate styling. Regardless of physical size, the reborn must be clearly presented as an infant, rather than a newborn or toddler.
Visual age: Approximately 2 to 6 months old.
Judging Focus: Facial expression should be suitable for an infant (Can be awake, asleep or expressive). Fuller body proportions typical of infancy. Styling that clearly supports an infant's age. Hair and clothing are appropriate to the intended age presentation.

Entry Level Artist

- Artists should have some kind of social media profile or page for their reborn work.
- These artists typically operate primarily to cover costs and are generally not registered as businesses. However, depending on their country, they may be required to obtain a license or permit in their state or territory, even if they only participate as hobbyists.
- Artists must not have been offered or completed a prototype.
Open Level Artist
- This category is for participants with an intermediate/advanced and Advanced level of experience.
- Artists should demonstrate a solid, skilful understanding and execution of painting rooting techniques.
- Artists in this category are usually registered businesses and operate under a business number, license, or permit. They typically have a website and may offer products and services related to reborning, such as tutorials and hair-rooting services.
